Update Heleen bij de Vaate

"The triathlon season has just started for me. So far I have done two 70.3 races on the Spanish Island of Mallorca and in St. Polten in Austria, resulting in 11th and 8th ranks. Not very good yet, but important for me was to gain a rhythm and some points for the Ironman World-ranking. I am still within the top-20.
I didn’t do my regular trainingcamps between January and April. I stayed at home in our new environment in France. In the meantime I have access to all important facilities like the swimming pool, athletic track, fitness-studio and found an excellent swim-trainer and a good physiotherapist.
Right now I am in the Spanish Sierra Nevada doing my altitude training camp to prepare for the first full Ironman of this year: 3rd of July in Klagenfurt, Austria. There (and 3 weeks later in Frankfurt, Germany) I hope to gain enough points to classify amongst the best 25 of the world-ranking at July 31st, to qualify for the World Champs on Hawaii in October." I will be racing in my SLS3 Triathlon Suit and Compression socks.
In other words: the most important months of the year are coming soon, as well as my fitness-level hopefully.
